Delivery Times
Most orders (depending on when they are received) will be dispatched on the same day. For most destinations, you will receive your order within 2-5 working days however, some remote destinations and International deliveries may take a little longer.
Tracking Your Order Online
Upon dispatch of your order, a tracking code number will be emailed to you for ease of reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the Sendle website tracking facilities.
For International orders, we use Australia Post. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the Australia Post website tracking facilities.
International Duties & Taxes
Our prices and shipping charges exclude any local customs duties or taxes/VAT. Customs duties and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities and vary country to country. The additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Hannelii encourages customers to source this information prior to purchase. Unfortunately, Hannelii is unable to provide information relating to the cost of unexpected taxes or duties as these charges vary and are beyond our control.
Stock Availability
Occasionally we experience short periods of stock being unavailable through our website. If one of the items you would like to order is listed as out of stock, please return to our website and place your order at a later date or please contact us to discuss further.
